Claims
Claims for defective merchandise, shortages or damaged merchandise in transit must be made within 7 days of receipt of order.
Returns
A return policy is enclosed in every order you will receive. No returns will be accepted without authorization and must be made within 30 days of receiving shipment. Your RA # must be on the outside of your packaged and a completed RA form must be inside your returned package. Unauthorized returns will not be credited and are subject to refusal or being returned to sender at the sender’s expense.
